Islamic Society Of CNY
The Islamic Society of CNY, known as ISCNY aims to enhance understanding and dispel the many misconceptions about Islam. Our mission is to encourage people of all ages and ethnic groups to learn and develop their knowledge of Islam, to bridge the gap between the communities by providing the necessary resources.
Reaching out to all humanity, to serve and engage Muslims by promoting the values and teaching of Islam and to advocate interfaith and interfaith harmony in a multicultural environment in accordance with the Quran and Sunnah.
Our doors are open to everyone.
ISCNY caters to a diverse community exceeding 20,000 individuals across Central New York, spanning from Oswego and Watertown to Ithaca, Camillus, and Syracuse.
Located at the University Hill Neighborhood in the heart of the City of Syracuse, our masjid serves as a focal point. Meanwhile, our Islamic Community Center (ICC) is positioned on a vast 60-acre plot, featuring a contemporary building, a soccer field, and ample room for future developments aimed at meeting the evolving needs of our community.
